Job Summary
To support the Compliance Testing function, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will conduct compliance testing across products and services, document assessment findings, and monitor regulatory changes impacting the Bank and its fintech partners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance testing as part of the Compliance Testing & Monitoring Program
- Document assessment findings and report results from the Compliance Testing Program
- Identify areas of weakness in compliance controls and collaborate with partners to enhance the control environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in compliance or audit, preferably at a regulated financial institution
- Experience navigating banking regulations and applying them to products
- Demonstrated project management skills across multiple stakeholders
- Certifications such as CRCM or CAMS are a plus
