Job Summary
Detail-oriented and research-focused, the full-time Compliance Analyst will support retirement plan compliance projects, including audits, regulatory filings, and compliance testing, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Complete compliance projects for defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, including audits and plan document reviews
- Assist with regulatory monitoring and communicate changes impacting retirement plans to internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance questions and ensure consistent administration practices
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in retirement plan administration, compliance, or a related analytical environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent skills and industry experience
- Experience with qualified retirement plans, regulatory research, or data analysis is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
