Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting compliance initiatives remotely, the Compliance Analyst will manage monthly monitoring and file reviews, produce compliance reporting, and assist with regulatory tracking in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monthly AR/TII monitoring and file review cycle across appointed representatives and tied insurance intermediaries
• Produce compliance management information and reporting for management and board/committee packs
• Assist with logging, tracking, and follow-up on compliance events, including breaches and issues

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework (FCA rules, SM&CR, Consumer Duty); insurance or MGA sector exposure preferred
• Experience in a compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory support role; insurance/financial services background preferred but not essential
• Strong MS Excel/Office skills, comfortable working with data to produce management information
• High attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload against multiple deadlines
• Must reside in the UK and be authorized to work without the need for employment sponsorship/visa
