Compliance and Risk Manager
Job Summary
Leading day-to-day operations, the full-time remote Compliance and Risk Manager will oversee compliance monitoring, audit execution, and client due diligence while ensuring regulatory standards are met across AI-driven SaaS platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily operations of the Compliance Management System (CMS) and conduct annual risk assessments
- Coordinate audit fieldwork for certifications and manage the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
- Oversee compliance for the Payment Portal, including Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding and transaction monitoring
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive compliance, risk, or audit experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Deep understanding of consumer financial protection regulations and payment/banking standards
- Hands-on experience with GRC tools and advanced workflow management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
