Compliance and Risk Manager
Job Summary
Managing a small team within the Compliance & Risk group, the full-time remote Compliance and Risk Manager will supervise compliance operations, serve as the main client contact, and ensure timely completion of compliance filings and reports.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise 1-2 team members, providing direction and support to meet compliance goals
- Own the monthly compliance report process, including review, content creation, and distribution
- Coordinate with the NERC Implementation team to onboard new projects and maintain compliance policies
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, focusing on compliance or operations
- At least 2 years of experience in NERC Compliance
- University degree in business, management, or a relevant field, or a Master's degree with relevant experience
- Proven communication skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting obligations for operating projects
