Compliance Assistant

Job Summary

To support a fast-moving global business, the full-time Compliance Assistant will manage day-to-day compliance execution across marketing and privacy, reviewing campaigns and handling data protection documentation remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day compliance execution across marketing and privacy, including reviewing and clearing marketing campaigns
• Own data protection documentation, cross-border transfer assessments, and privacy impact reviews
• Track regulatory changes and manage external counsel deliverables while answering ad hoc compliance questions

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in fintech, financial markets, or a regulatory-adjacent role
• Strong legal research and writing skills with the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated high ownership and ability to move work forward with incomplete information
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority workload
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong legal drafting and communication skills
