Job Summary
Supporting the Head of Compliance, the full-time Compliance Associate will manage asset approvals, oversee compliance monitoring plans, and assist in regulatory inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Approve assets and ensure the Asset Listing process aligns with regulatory requirements
- Manage the policies and procedures inventory and oversee the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Assist in preparing compliance reports for Committee and Board meetings
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Compliance-related business functions
- Practical knowledge of compliance and AML/CFT management techniques
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international regulations, particularly in crypto
- Experience managing tight deadlines and key stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to implement compliance and AML/CFT plans effectively
