Compliance Associate Director

Job Summary

Driving the operational execution and continuous enhancement of the Compliance Management System, the full-time remote Associate Director, Compliance will manage Compliance Monitoring and Testing programs, oversee Branch Audit activities, and coordinate regulatory examination readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Compliance Monitoring and Testing programs to ensure regulatory alignment and identify compliance deficiencies
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of compliance results to validate adherence to methodologies and accuracy of findings
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to establish performance objectives and enhance operational efficiency in compliance processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in a large or complex organization
• 3+ years of experience in risk management or consumer compliance related to mortgage originations
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending laws and regulations
• Proficiency with ACES, Encompass, and Jira preferred
