Job Summary
Supporting the Trust & Safety team, the full-time remote Compliance Business Partner will manage escalated worker incidents, oversee the workers' compensation program, and assist with compliance and process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for escalated worker concerns, supporting investigations and documenting findings
- Review workers' compensation claims and trends, coordinating with partners to improve processes
- Assist in HR and compliance audits while learning customer program operations to identify co-employment risks
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations or compliance
- Exposure to documenting or investigating harassment, discrimination, or retaliation complaints
- Foundational knowledge of employment law and familiarity with workers' compensation
- Strong writing skills for documentation and procedures
- A self-starter with a commitment to improving processes and the worker experience
