Compliance Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Consumer Compliance Department, the full-time remote Compliance Data Analyst will develop, implement, and deliver reports and dashboards to monitor and report consumer compliance risk while collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, compile, and analyze data to support compliance management programs and develop key risk and performance indicators
• Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve compliance outcomes, including the creation of dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure proper data structure and integrity while advocating for technology enhancements in compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, data science, or computer science
• 5 or more years of experience in data analysis and report development, preferably in banking-related systems
• Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Preferred certification such as CRCM or other relevant credentials
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or SQL is preferred
