Job Summary
To support a growing compliance framework, the full-time Compliance Director - Indiana Licensed will lead the design and oversight of compliance initiatives for a direct-to-consumer annuity platform, ensuring adherence to regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the compliance framework, ensuring adherence to state insurance laws and regulatory requirements
- Partner with various teams to review and approve marketing, disclosures, and sales processes for regulatory compliance
- Serve as the compliance lead for new product development, advising on design and distribution strategies to ensure successful market launches
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive compliance experience within the life and annuity industry
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Deep knowledge of fixed and fixed index annuities and relevant regulations
- Experience providing strategic compliance guidance for product development and digital distribution
- Strong partnership and influencing skills with a track record of collaboration across multiple teams
