Compliance Lead
Job Summary
To support critical compliance management program elements, the remote Compliance Lead will administer Compliance's Testing Program, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations while collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve compliance issues.
Key responsibilities
- Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Compliance, Legal, and Product to complete compliance reviews
- Coordinate the execution of compliance risk assessments and improve internal processes related to the Compliance Testing Program
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Compliance Testing or Audit
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations impacting financial services
- Experience in completing end-to-end compliance testing activities
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Proficient in using software packages, including Google Docs and spreadsheets
