Compliance Lead

Job Summary

To promote a strong culture of compliance and ethics, the full-time remote Compliance Lead will manage and enhance Pinterest's Corporate Compliance and Ethics programs, support third-party risk management, and drive compliance operations initiatives while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management, operation, and maturation of compliance programs, including policy management and training
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor compliance, and support internal investigations and regulatory monitoring efforts
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline compliance processes and improve self-service compliance resources

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and ethics, risk management, or related fields
• Experience with GRC, workflow, or case-management systems
• Familiarity with sanctions screening, anti-bribery regulations, and financial crime controls
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including spreadsheets and presentation software
