Job Summary
As a full-time remote Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will provide compliance oversight and risk management support for MetLife Holdings, serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders while executing risk-based testing and enhancing control effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with MLH and Group Benefits leaders, delivering compliance guidance and risk management support
- Influence business strategy by identifying emerging risks and providing proactive compliance advice on new product initiatives
- Execute testing and monitoring programs to evaluate control effectiveness and recommend enhancements for compliance risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Operations, and/or Internal Audit within insurance or financial services
- Expertise in advising on complex regulatory, compliance, and risk matters
- Strong knowledge of insurance and financial services regulations with the ability to implement regulatory changes
- Experience in identifying and mitigating compliance risks while evaluating control effectiveness
