Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage compliance advisory support, conduct investigations, assist with auditing, and advance policy governance within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide compliance advisory support to business stakeholders and translate regulations into practical guidance
- Independently perform compliance investigations and assist with auditing and monitoring activities
- Advance policy governance and development to strengthen the company's compliance program
Required qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, including policy development and regulatory interpretation
- 3+ years conducting or supporting compliance reviews and investigations
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders on compliance concerns and risks
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS guidance
