Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Owning compliance workstreams, the full-time salaried Compliance Manager will manage dialer compliance, AML/KYC, and anti-bribery frameworks while working remotely and traveling 15 to 20 percent to Fayetteville, NC, or Las Vegas, NV, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor dialer compliance, ensuring adherence to TCPA and outbound contact rules
- Oversee AML and KYC processes, implementing controls in a BPO or gaming environment
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain a live compliance matrix for leadership review
Required qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of primary compliance experience in gaming, insurance, BPO, or contact center operations
- Hands-on knowledge of at least two of the following: TCPA, AML/KYC, anti-bribery, or third-party licensing
- Strong documentation and reporting skills for non-compliance audiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with full accountability
- Current residence within 60 miles of Fayetteville, NC, or Las Vegas, NV
