Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support the Corporate Compliance department, the full-time Manager, Compliance Review will assist in developing compliance programs and educational materials while collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance and ethics standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct education and training activities related to compliance and ethics
• Establish monitoring mechanisms and conduct routine audits of the compliance program
• Assist with analysis, problem solving, and investigations related to compliance activities

Required qualifications:

• Professional level degree, preferably a BS Degree, or equivalent work experience with a professional certification
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in management and compliance-related areas
• Experience within revenue cycle is preferred
• Experience in a hospital setting is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and well-developed analytical skills
