Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance programs remotely, the full-time Compliance Manager will implement strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial products while providing guidance across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance testing for Medicare and Medicaid products and services with applicable regulations
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to comply with federal and state regulations
• Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective action plans based on findings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Law, or related field; Master's Degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• 4+ years of compliance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2+ years of experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial Managed Care
• Experience interacting with federal and state regulatory agencies in a managed care or insurance environment preferred
