Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Compliance Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will lead a team of compliance analysts and review agents, managing day-to-day compliance operations including KYB, EDD, transaction monitoring, and customer communications while ensuring quality and efficiency in processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and balance daily workloads across various compliance queues while tracking SLAs and quality standards
- Oversee core compliance operations, including business onboarding, EDD reviews, and transaction monitoring alert investigations
- Build and maintain customer communication workflows in the CRM, enhancing automation and efficiency in compliance processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compliance operations, financial crimes, or risk operations within a regulated environment
- 2+ years of team management experience in a production compliance setting
- Hands-on experience with KYB, EDD, transaction monitoring, and RFIs
- Strong operational discipline with a focus on SLAs, metrics, and case quality
- Experience configuring workflows in CRM or case management tools
