Compliance Product Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with laws and regulations, the full-time remote Compliance Product Analyst will collaborate with Product Development and Operations teams, monitor regulatory changes, and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Review forms, endorsements, notices, rates, and rules for compliance with new and existing products
• Monitor changes to laws and regulations, analyzing implications for product updates and procedures
• Serve as a point of contact for compliance questions, assisting underwriters and product teams in identifying risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or extensive applicable experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry
• Relevant experience in product research/analysis, particularly in Personal or Commercial lines of insurance
• Strong analytical skills and experience with insurance department filings
• Detailed knowledge of insurance forms and coverages is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a self-directed environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
