Compliance Program Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and maintenance of compliance and privacy programs, the full-time Compliance Program Analyst will manage compliance monitoring, auditing, and risk assessments while collaborating with various teams to promote a culture of compliance and ethical business conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Perform compliance monitoring, auditing, and risk assessments to evaluate adherence to regulatory and corporate policies
• Assist with the administration of the Privacy Program, investigating privacy concerns and tracking incidents
• Support third-party compliance activities, including vendor risk management and compliance documentation reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration or Compliance
• Five or more years of experience in compliance, privacy, auditing, or related functions
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare regulatory compliance principles
• Experience conducting audits, compliance reviews, or risk assessments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations
