Job Summary
Overseeing the FedRAMP certification process, the full-time remote Compliance Program Manager will manage audits and compliance commitments, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS, while collaborating with internal teams to address privacy and data protection risks.
Key responsibilities
- Take primary responsibility for overseeing FedRAMP readiness and ATO process from start to finish
- Act as the main compliance point of contact for all audits/assessments, including audit plan preparation and documentation review
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators and maturity metrics related to audit and compliance programs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing audits in the technology sector, with expertise in FedRAMP
- Experience with SOC 2 and PCI Data Security Standard as a contributor or control owner
- Proven success working with external auditors and legal affairs
- Experience contributing to companywide risk assessments
- Knowledge of cloud service providers and experience interacting with them (AWS, Azure, GCP)
