Compliance Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide compliance projects, the full-time Project Manager, Compliance will manage sustainability and energy certifications across data center operations while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project plans for sustainability and energy compliance initiatives, ensuring timely certification outcomes
• Build and maintain integrated schedules for evidence collection, internal readiness reviews, and external audits
• Serve as the primary operational contact for External Audit teams, coordinating site access and managing documentation requests

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Operations, Engineering, Environmental/Energy Management, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of experience as a Project Manager leading operational projects end-to-end
• 3 or more years as a Compliance Analyst or in a related compliance/internal-controls/audit-support role
• Experience working with third-party auditors or certification bodies, including evidence requests and remediation tracking
• Working knowledge of energy or environmental management certification frameworks relevant to data centers (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 14001)
