Compliance Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and coordination of client projects, the full-time remote Compliance Project Manager will manage product compliance and safety initiatives, ensuring timely execution and communication among cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project plan for product compliance and safety initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Translate client and regulatory requirements into clear project plans and compliance deliverables while monitoring project status and risks
• Serve as a central point of contact for project status updates, facilitating communication among internal teams, suppliers, and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management, product compliance, or a related field
• Working knowledge of product safety and compliance requirements, such as CPSIA and ASTM
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple internal teams and external partners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
