Job Summary
To ensure effective oversight of cryptocurrency and sanctions compliance, the full-time Compliance QA Program Manager will manage the quality assurance framework, partner with program owners for reporting, and drive continuous improvement in compliance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end quality assurance framework for cryptocurrency and sanctions compliance decisions
- Partner with BSA/CFT and Sanctions Program Owners to provide comprehensive, action-oriented reporting
- Monitor key metrics and insights to improve compliance standards and accountability
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in BSA/AML/KYC compliance at a financial services firm, preferably in payments or fintech
- Demonstrated experience influencing enterprise-wide compliance programs and advising executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, risks, and analytical metrics-driven approaches
- Relevant certifications (CAMS, CFE, CFCS, CRCM) and exposure to AI/ML-driven compliance tools
- Ability to execute independently while collaborating effectively with team members at all levels
