Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time hourly Compliance Reporting Specialist I will manage the sorting, processing, and distribution of data from alcohol monitoring devices while ensuring adherence to jurisdictional requirements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and facilitate the collection and distribution of client data to respond accurately to Monitoring Authority inquiries
- Maintain client files in various databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with jurisdictional requirements
- Ensure timely submission of photo reviews and document scanning while managing correspondence and meeting deadlines
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred but not required (0-1+ years)
- Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Competent oral and written communication skills
