Compliance Response Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Compliance Response Specialist I will assist in the administration and execution of compliance response processes, coordinating with various business units on complaints, issue management, and regulatory examinations.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate end-to-end compliance response workflows, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
• Assist in preparing responses to examination requests, audit inquiries, and consumer complaints
• Support issue management and remediation activities, tracking corrective actions and validating closure evidence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Two years of related experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within financial services
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies and managing remediation activities is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and relevant role-specific software
