Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure operational integrity, the full-time remote Compliance Specialist will lead the acquisition and renewal of state licenses, monitor regulatory changes, and act as a liaison for compliance audits while maintaining adherence to medical review laws.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the application, acquisition, and renewal processes for state licenses and registrations, including URO and IRO filings
- Respond to compliance requests and audits by preparing high-quality written deliverables and liaising with state agencies
- Oversee diversity spend compliance requirements and coordinate annual reports with the Finance team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or formal Paralegal Certification
- Demonstrated experience in Regulatory Compliance or a paralegal role
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office systems and compliance documentation tools
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain exceptional organization
