To support compliance in the manufactured home lending sector, the full-time remote Compliance Specialist will manage regulatory updates, coordinate compliance-related projects, and conduct research and analysis to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about changes in state and federal regulations related to chattel loan origination and servicing operations
- Coordinate compliance-related projects, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conduct thorough research on regulatory developments and analyze existing policies to recommend enhancements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; compliance-related certifications are a plus
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending and/or servicing compliance or risk management
- Knowledge of regulations governing mortgage lending and servicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
