Compliance Technology Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Compliance Technology team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Compliance Technology will build and maintain data pipelines and datasets that enhance compliance detection and decision-making, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain curated datasets and data models for compliance controls across various systems
• Ensure data quality for compliance datasets through validation checks and monitoring
• Drive improvements in detection signal quality by analyzing outputs and defining success metrics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar roles
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex transformations and data quality checks
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data models using tools like dbt or Airflow
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in regulated environments
• Python skills for automation, pipeline development, and data analysis
