Compliance Technology Program Lead

Job Summary

To enhance compliance oversight and automation, the full-time Compliance Technology Program Lead will utilize modern AI tools to manage machine learning and heuristic detection models, ensuring they meet regulatory standards for fiat and virtual currency products.

Key responsibilities

• Build automation using AI agents to scale oversight, monitoring, and documentation processes
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for model development and data quality monitoring
• Provide end-to-end oversight of transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk scoring models

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance technology at regulated financial institutions or as a consultant
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including Claude and GPT, for automating compliance processes
• Experience with machine learning and heuristic models across transaction monitoring and sanctions screening
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics and screening tools such as Chainalysis and TRM Labs
• Strong understanding of compliance obligations in regulated financial services
