Job Summary
Supporting the Remote Training Team, the part-time hourly Instructional Assistant (IT Support) will assist the lead instructor in teaching and administration, monitor classroom activities, and manage learner assessments and attendance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the lead instructor with grading, curriculum review, and preparation of daily agendas
- Monitor classroom functionality and student engagement during lessons and assessments
- Manage learner attendance, certifications' progress, and common areas, including tech supply inventory
Required qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Ability to teach in an interactive and hands-on style
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedule
- Teaching experience is a plus
- Qualified candidates must be able to comfortably and frequently lift 50lbs
