Job Summary
Seeking a remote Computational Biologist I, the role focuses on developing early, noninvasive cancer detection tests, executing analysis plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to support regulatory strategies for diagnostic products.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute development experiments for multiomics cancer screening tests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regulated development strategies toward FDA approval
- Develop and execute experimental design and analysis plans for Development, Verification, and Validation studies
Required qualifications
- Post-graduate degree (MS or PhD) in statistics, computational biology, bioinformatics, cancer biology, or a related quantitative field
- 2-3+ years of industry experience (for Sr. Scientist level)
- Experience in experimental design and analysis of high-throughput technologies in genomics or related fields
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization using R or Python statistical packages
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools for molecular assays
