Computer Based Training Specialist
Job Summary
To support federal healthcare programs, the remote Computer Based Training Specialist will design, develop, and maintain eLearning materials, utilizing tools like Articulate 360 while collaborating with stakeholders to assess training needs and enhance learner engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to create and adapt learner-centered content for diverse audiences and eLearning formats
- Develop interactive modules using Articulate 360, focusing on accessibility and instructional design best practices
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts to gather information and conduct peer reviews for quality assurance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree with at least two years of experience
- Proficiency in Articulate authoring tools, specifically Storyline 360
- Experience creating Section 508 compliant materials
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and ADDIE best practices
- Experience in an Agile, federal consulting, healthcare, or government contracting environment is a plus
