Job Summary
To support complex computer systems, the full-time remote Computer Operator will manage batch operations, analyze first-level issues, and develop support system management processes to ensure high service levels for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform batch operations in accordance with service agreements and analyze first-level issues across systems
- Resolve and route issues appropriately while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement support system management processes tailored to customer requirements
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an Operations environment
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Office products, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to work an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) for 24x7 support
- Working knowledge of network fundamentals such as routers, switches, and circuits
- High school education required; college education preferred
