Computer Support Assistant
Job Summary
To support the development and implementation of AI solutions, the part-time Computer Support Assistant will provide customer service for support requests, assist in application testing, and update technical documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service for support requests and assist in application testing
- Review and update technical and customer documentation
- Participate in project ceremonies and collaborate with engineers and project managers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Some experience in a related field
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, applications, and interfaces
- Familiarity with MS applications
- Exposure to object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C# is preferred
