Job Summary

To redefine the ski and snowboard private lesson experience, the full-time Epic Ascent Concierge Agent will deliver personalized guest services, coordinate logistics, and manage guest relations in a dynamic, seasonal role based in Broomfield, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and ensuring seamless service
• Act as the primary point of contact for ski and snowboard school guests, managing communications and operational support
• Coordinate logistics for private lessons and specialty products, resolving complex guest issues with empathy and sound judgment

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a concierge or hospitality setting
• Proven ability to deliver high-touch service and create memorable experiences for premium guests
• Experience managing multiple requests and coordinating across departments effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests and partners
• Familiarity with navigating multiple technology platforms in a remote work environment is preferred
