Concierge Agent

Job Summary

To redefine the ski and snowboard private lesson experience, the full-time Epic Ascent Concierge Agent will deliver personalized guest support, coordinate logistics for private lessons, and act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling commitment to exceptional service
• Coordinate private lesson logistics, including booking support, meeting location confirmation, and operational assistance
• Resolve escalated guest issues with empathy and sound judgment while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as a concierge or in a hospitality setting
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized, high-touch service and create memorable experiences for premium guests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage guests and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and manage multiple requests simultaneously across departments
• Previous experience working remotely and navigating multiple technology platforms is preferred
