Empowering patient experiences, the part-time Concierge Agent will manage inbound and outbound communications remotely, assisting with appointment scheduling, answering inquiries, and guiding patients through their healthcare journey.

• Deliver exceptional patient care by responding to inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Become a subject matter expert on client-specific clinical programs and offerings
• Utilize established scripting and best practices to guide patient conversations effectively
