Concierge Lead, Guest Services
Job Summary
To support the VIP Guest Services team, the full-time Concierge Lead, Guest Services will manage the end-to-end trip planning process for high-profile clients, overseeing a team of Concierge Specialists while working remotely to create bespoke travel experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service for a select portfolio of guests
- Research and curate unique travel itineraries, sourcing exclusive accommodations and experiences tailored to client preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and confidentiality throughout the trip planning process
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of luxury travel experience, particularly with VIP or high-net-worth clientele
- 5+ years of team management experience in a relevant field
- Proven ability to design and sell tailor-made itineraries for discerning travelers
- Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and luxury accommodations
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
