Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to clients, the part-time Concierge Support Specialist will assist with system navigation, account management requests, and client training while working remotely from Tuesday to Saturday, 2 PM to 11 PM Eastern.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients via phone and email with system login, navigation, and task execution
- Train clients on system functionalities, including searches and exports
- Fulfill account management requests such as account creations and project access
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, or related fields
- Multilingual in English and at least one of the following: German, Mandarin, or Cantonese
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365 applications
- ITAR clearance required
