Configuration Analyst I

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Configuration Analyst I will analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support healthcare platform software configurations while ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Review change requests for consistency and compatibility with existing systems while troubleshooting configuration issues
• Analyze straightforward business requirements and perform system configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing
• Provide concise status updates and document the status of requests within a change management system according to departmental processes

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience working with business systems or in healthcare, with a thorough understanding of claims processing and billing
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
• Ability to run basic queries and reports
• Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs
