Configuration Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Configuration Engineer will provide high-level technical support for application configuration, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and data integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform application configuration work and manage ongoing change services for client systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring applications meet customer requirements
- Lead application change projects, including risk identification and status reporting
Required qualifications:
- BS degree in a related IT or business field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product implementation or support, including leadership roles
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of RDBMS and SQL programming
- Technical project management and coordination skills
- Experience in a matrix team environment and strong client orientation
