Job Summary
Working remotely after an initial on-site training period, the contract Configuration Management Analyst Principal will perform engineering, software development, and configuration management tasks to support software build automation, release management, and engineering tool customization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement development and test process improvements
- Develop requirements, design, code, test, and deploy Engineering Tool tools and utilities
- Provide production support to deployed Engineering Tools and mentor users in tool utilization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of seven years of relevant business experience, including system configuration and application design
- Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle
- Demonstrated ability to identify weaknesses in business workflows and implement process improvements
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Unix shell scripting, and related technologies
