Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Configuration Management Function Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead Configuration Work Group and participate in Technology and Operations Change review meetings
• Create and provide parameters, processes, and reports to Collaborative Master Data Management (CMDM) and Configuration Management (CM) Audits
• Utilize automation to enhance Configuration Management (CM) workflow, processes, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and eight (8) years of relevant experience in Configuration Management or Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Ability to establish and verify baselines for CI's and standards match the components in the IT environments
• Ability to create and leverage reports, while providing guidance on parameters and processes
• Ability to establish and verify baselines for CIs
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
