Job Summary
To enhance operational support and software delivery, the full-time SWOPS Configuration Manager will lead daily operations, manage deployment pipelines, and ensure the integrity of software configurations in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily SWOPS operations and manage workload priorities
- Oversee provisioning, maintenance, and lifecycle management of various environments
- Establish and maintain software configuration management processes and ensure governance of software releases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Strong expertise with Git and repository governance within GitHub Enterprise and Bitbucket
- Experience managing infrastructure within AWS cloud environments
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Software Operations, or Configuration Management, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
