Job Summary
Focused on ensuring data integrity and accuracy, the full-time remote Configuration Specialist will manage system configuration, participate in raw materials review, and support various enrollment processes while collaborating with internal partners.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in raw materials review and validation to ensure compliance with requirements documentation
- Support key work processes for Annual Enrollment, New Services Implementation, and system build requirements
- Conduct self-QA on system build work and address escalated issues related to client configurations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of benefits administration plan configuration experience
- Experience within the benefit administration industry
- Strong SQL, MS Access, and Excel skills preferred
- Proficient in gathering business requirements and understanding various technologies and platforms
