Confirmations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing call center team, the full-time Confirmations Specialist will manage appointment confirmations and qualifications for in-home sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate schedules for Design Consultants
• Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls to verify appointment criteria
• Document appointment updates in the CRM and communicate changes to sales leadership

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
