Conflicts Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing intake team, the full-time remote Conflicts Analyst will manage the intake of requests, perform conflict searches for new clients and matters, and provide contextual analysis of conflict results, focusing on delivering high-quality service across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results
- Manage the department's intake of requests from attorneys and provide accurate and timely responses
- Perform conflict searches for new clients and new matters, reviewing and analyzing results
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment with new business and conflicts experience
- Experience with Intapp, iManage, and Aderant
- Ability to take full ownership of assigned duties and work independently
- Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
