Job Summary
Supporting the operations of a leading law firm, the full-time remote Conflicts Analyst will manage new client matter launches, perform conflict searches, and ensure accurate intake processes while collaborating with attorneys and staff across various time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results
- Manage the intake of requests from attorneys and ensure timely responses
- Perform conflict searches for new clients and matters, reviewing results for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm with new business and conflicts experience
- Experience with Intapp, iManage, and Aderant
- Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment
- Demonstrated ability to independently plan and coordinate work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
